Ted does CFCC aka Club Fever

While I have been a member of CFCC for a little while now, I've finally motivated myself to make this log. It also gives me something to do during this extremely boring lecture.

PRs
Deadlift (conventional) - 375
Squat (Back) - 260
Squat (front) - 240
Press (strict) - 140
Press (single arm) - 62.5
Press (floor) - 155
Broad Jump - 123 in
Pullup (strict) - BW
Snatch - 115
Turkish Getup - 65 on barbell
Dips - BW
Sandbag overhead - 100

I don't have all of my numbers here, but that's a snapshot. And I plan on PRing all of them.

Gotta run I will post again probably soon when i can find more numbas

OK going to try to do this more regularly.

In the past 6 mos I have PRed a ton, learned new skills, and done things I couldn't have imagined.

Some Big Things I have gotten (I've been focusing on the gymnastiness recently):
Kipping handstand push up
Front limber
Front handspring
BW ring dips
Ring Handstand
Back Bend
375# deadlift
200# split jerk
140# press
And maybe a couple of other smaller PRs

Goals:
False grip muscle up
Aerial (at least off a platform)
Body Weight (now 215#) Clean and Jerk - I've never put the movement together, but I think i'm pretty close to this one
Kick over/Back walk over/Back handspring
Freestanding single arm handstand
Planche work (NO L SITS)
400# deadlift
155# Snatch
Bigger box jump (I got 5 x 49 in recently)

I'll keep thinkin.
