28 min: I thought I would die--need to work on legs; Big Time!

Food:
breakfast: PBJ
Snack: Eggs, peanuts
lunch: 1 slice pizza, chicken breast
snack: salad with roast beef/ popcorn
snack: popcorn and peanuts
dinner: popcorn/fruit juice

Made it up to 9 minutes.
pull ups sub'd with lowering pullups

Workout: Starting out weak I just did an hour on the elliptical will be adding weights soon.
Food
Breakfast: 1 whole egg 2 whites, 2 wheat (and other healthy stuff) slices of bread and no sugar added jam
Snack: whole wheat pita with cheese, and banana
Lunch: 2 Small Chicken patties, Brown rice, and veggies
Snack: Yogurt and berries, and peach
Snack: ham and cheese
Dinner: Two beef patties, lettuce, tomato, baked potato, broccoli

Exercise: 45 mins elliptical and 30 mins swim
Food
Breakfast: 2 eggs, 2 whites, 2 slices of wheat bread, jam
Snack: wheat pita, cheese, ham, peach
Lunch: green salad, chicken, brown rice
Snack: yogurt, berries, banana
Snack: ham and cheese rolls
Dinner: fish, half a small baked potato, veggies and 4 tortilla chips (I know, I know but they looked so good)


PS... why are you two not adding to this..... come on people.... let's get cracking....
