Does anyone know of a glute ham developer that isn't too pricey or how to construct or rig one up?

I usually load up a barbell with about 75 pounds more than my bodyweight, wrap a thick towel around the handle(so the bar doesn't dig into my ankles) and place a pad for my knees in front of the bell.Place a 5-pound plate under both sides of the big plates on the bell(you'll need 45's to get the proper height) to prevent the bar from rolling.
This works great for me.Might be something to try until you buy or make your own.

I've used a swiss ball, and used either a partner or something heavy to hold down my ankles.
