For C + J, it'll just have to be the C - you could then sub HSPU or maybe the dreaded sotts press (shoulder press while in a full squat) for the J portion!
OHS would be more problematic - in general, I'm inclined to agree with Carl, although I realise this might not be much help to you! Any decent parks nearby? Running tracks? One suggestion would be to get dumbbells or kbells and take them to your nearest park to do the WOD - you could cover most bases with this set-up. It may be that there is somewhere nearby where you can O-lift. Is there a National sports centre in Birmingham? There's one near me in Crystal Palace and that has an O-lifting gym that you can turn up and pay to use.
