New Mile PR!

WOW....I knew crossfit helped endurance and stamina quite a bit but never in my wildest dreams did I picture myself being able to run a sub-6 mile. I got 5:43, can't wait to try it again! Thanks cf!

I've got to get my butt to an actual track so I can get a for-real mile time...

Don't let me burst any bubbles, but 1,600m is NOT a mile....4 laps around a regulation outdoor track is 1,600m and the mile is ~1,609m....
