Today's WOD calls for 3-3-3-3-3-3-3 push presses. What does that mean? 3reps, 7times with rest in between? I'm new but trying to understand it all.

no worries, veronica.

that's exactly what it means. it's 7 sets of 3 reps. whenever you see this type of template for the WOD (5-5-5-5-5, 2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2, etc) it means (unless otherwise noted) that it's an ME, or Maximum Effort WOD. that means you are going for heavy lifts while keeping good form, with substantial rest periods between sets (2-5 minutes).
