Hi guys, I've been doing Crossfit ever since Coach came to Edmonton to do our cert back in March! Since then I've seen some good gains, especially in hip flexibility and pull-ups! My times for Fran have also dropped quite dramatically.

Fran:
March 30 - 9:45
April 22 - 7:26

Helen:
April 15 - 14:11

I'll post the rest of my workouts soon,

Joel

Did this workout yesterday (Apr. 23, 2007)

300:

50 SDHP @ 70lb.
50 KBS @ 45lb (it was a dumbbell, actually)
50 Push-ups
50 Sit-ups
50 Squats
50 Wall Balls @ 6kg (it's the highest med ball weight they have at my gym...)
Total reps: 300!

Took me 15:24 and I'm a little sore today!

Later.

Wow. This week has been hectic for me! Tons of stuff to do. In addition to work I've done:

- 5-6km run (hard to know exactly how much, its around the base here...)
- 4.5km Ruck march w/ 50lbs
- Rest day
- Friday here was an intro to Gymnastics, Olympic lifting, and kettlebells with people from all three communities. The sessions were run through the base and were excellent! The only complaint i had is that there wasn't enough time to do everything I wanted to! It ran on to 4 hours from the planned 3 and I still had more questions!

Anyways, that is all.

So my workouts for the last few days have been:

Sunday: Sick day.

Monday:
In teams of 2.
/ Pullups 35/25/15
/ Lunges 100m/100m/100m
/ WallBalls 80/60/40

Tuesday:
Modified Chelsea/Cindy:
/ 5 Pullups
/ 10 pushups
/ 15 squats

Every minute on the minute for up to 20 minutes. If you fall behind, stop. This was done as a competitive thing for our Platoon. I got 11 completed. the top score was (I think) 13 and 14.
