25 Sls...

...is a horrid affair. I'm pretty I never want to try it again. I stopped at 25 mainly because I had no desire to push on. Either leg was very wobbly afterwards.

To note, I'm pretty sure I never tried that many in a row before and I'd much rather do them weighted.

Good stuff man.

Sooo much easier weighted. For me doing pistols with a 48kg KB is easier than unweighted.

Yes, very. I much prefer weighted pistols/SLS to these unweighted ones.

I just did 'Mary' for the first time ever without using some sort of assistance. It doesn't quite feel right all of the time but I got all of the reps in. Fell on a few and didn't get back up on some but...

Good job Blair...those are tough.

So...if you get your hips down below parallel does it count as long as you get back up?? sometimes I have to backpedal.

Dunno, I was doing these on a beam so back pedalling means hopping and probably falling on my crotch. I had to readjust my foot a few times probably because my leg was getting sore and tired from standing on it so long.

X amount of pistol jumps in a circuit and I tend to have to hop backwards to catch my balance.
