Patti's Workout Log

3/29/09

Front Squats (body weight)
Right Leg: 8, 8, 8, 8 (PVC Overhead), 8 (PVC Overhead)
Left Leg: 6, 8, 8, 8, 8

AMRAP 5 minutes of 10 lunges (alternated total) and 10 squat thursts: 5 rounds


3/30/09

Fight Gone Bad
Three Rounds of 1 minute each with 1 minute rest inbetween:
25 lb Thrusters (15, 15, 17)
25 lb Sumo deadlift high pulls (15, 15, 15)
Vertical jumps (over stool) (15, 17, 22)
25 lb Push-presses (17, 15, 17)
Squatting Jumping Pullups (14, 15, 15)

I just want you to know that Greg and I were texting back and forth last night trying to one up the Patti-awesomeness we had seen...

Greg: "Patti has 8 deadhangs"
Me: "Oh yeah? I saw Patti do waiter's walks with 3/4 of her bodyweight multiple times"
Greg: "That so? The other day Patti used the force to clean a 200lb. sandbag..."

(Might be lying about that last one...)

Just sayin' - you're doing GREAT. Keep it up. Pullup bar goes in this Saturday! WOOHOO!
