Alex,
Thank you for all of the help. How are you feeling overall on the open? 269/113 so far. Keep up the great work!

19.2 will be my worst week. I am not pleased with it but I accept it.
I had 2 bad weeks last year and I have no intentions of repeating that.
Even with a bad week I am on track to beat last year.

Only time will tell

Looking good for you Vic. Keep it up and have fun.
You first 2 results are fantastic, so impressive.

Alex,
Decent effort might move up some places. We will see. I was off social media all weekend. It really helped me. No obsessing and checking that leader board so many times.

Cheers
Vic

Re: Official 2019 Open and Games thread**

I really do not understand how Box owners approve results for athletes that are so wrong!!!

Are they stupid or what?

19.4 - 1st place approved by owner of Crossfit Coronado !!!! please... does the owner really think the athlete completed this is 5.51.

Do this owner really think based on th eworkout that 5.51 was possible?

This has been the case for all of the weeks of th eopen, is the approval tool that bad or is it owners not paying attention?

Alex, might be just a overlook or under look in this case. Usually its the men who get it wrong. The ladies leader board looks better for the most part. But I have not seen it this week. I am banned from looking at it. Yes I wish that people did a better job. I obsess about the right score, filling out 100$ correct. Some people its just not a big deal to them.

Re: Official 2019 Open and Games thread**

we all worked out 19.5 more or less.

I think it is a shame that Dave can't/didn't bring something new in. There are so many movements that require so much more than this couplet.

The same 20 movements over and over again, year after year..

Yes its all been very boring each year. Some new movements this year with the oh lunges with db and the step ups. Left out many other movements like DL, C&J, Heavy snatch, S2O etc. 19.5 was a grind worst workout ever.
