For purely CrossFit wods, F-Lite's 195's thru 240's, i'd probably go with the 240's.

If you are doing a lot of running, Road-X's.

Re: Inov-8

Inov8s seem to run true to size. I wear 9-1/2 (US) in Nike and most other shoes and 9-1/2 195s fit perfect

Re: Inov-8

I have the 230's and found them to be a little larger than most shoes I wear. I normally wear an 11 and have Nano's in 11 that fit perfect. I should have gotten the 230's in 10.5 or maybe even 10. Just my experience.

Re: Inov-8

The fit isn't consistent across models. I'm a 12 in just about everything. My XF 210's run really snug while my F-Lite 195's are a little too loose with too much space in the toe box. I should have gotten those a 1/2 size down.

Best thing is to try them on if you can. Running stores tend to stock them.

Re: Inov-8

I wear an 11 in most shoes but went a 1/2 size up on my 230s and 180s. They fit really well and have not had any issues with comfort.
