9/15 Wod
For today's power clean WOD and many others like it how long do you guys usually wait between sets?

Re: 9/15 Wod
Hi Dan,
Since this is a max effort event, take your time between sets. Take long enough to recover but not so long that you cool down. I take between 2-4 minutes between sets normally. Early on in the sets I take less time as the weight is lighter and I'm still warming up. Once I hit the heaviest sets for the day, the time between is longer. I think just take what feels right, not too short that you don't recover and not too long so you cool off. David. |
