OK the sub for ring dips say "Do 3 regular parallel bar dips for every ring dip prescribed." How about dips on a dip machine? Like this one....

Do you still do 3 for every 1? I know you can get lower on this one then on a parallel bar....

Parallel, V, still the same: 3 to 1. The difference in rings is the stabilization, and the difference is substantial.

Thank you. That is what I did today and it was a killer for the 63 dips. I am spent after that workout!! But I feel GREAT :msn-wink:

I thinks she meant parallel barS, as there is no such thing as a parallel bar. These are parallel bars:
