I'd have to say French toast and a protein shake is my favorite meal during the work week.

After my workouts, I get two slices of multi-grain bread, dip them in a bowl of egg whites and then slap them on the stove for a few minutes. Top it off with some "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter" and sugar-free syrup and BAM! I got myself one fantastic-tasting, nutritious approved meal.

So what is your favorite meal?

Lunch at work, where they provide a great Salad bar amongst other things. Favorite meal:

Spinach salad with boiled eggs and sliced turkey, olive oil and basalmic vinegar, carrots, red cabbage, black beans, broccoli and avacado.

Finish it off with a bowl of cottage cheese and cantalope and a glass of unsweet tea.

Breakfast: scrambled eggs (2 whole omega-3 eggs, and 6 whites), 3 apricots, 1 plum, 1/2 pound strawberries, ~50g grapes, 1/2 pound broccoli (gotta get some veggies) and some olive oil to top it all off.

Its funny what food(s) you come to love when on a strict eating program.

Chris, eggs has to be one of my favorite meals as well. Good taste.

My favorite breakfast is four egg yolks seperated from the whites, drunk raw, the egg wites fried in organic butter, (egg whites raw contain a compound called avidin which binds to B6 in the gut and can cause defficiency), whith avocado and salt and pepper on top.

Egg yolks are great sources of many vitamins but cooking them denatures these vitamins considerably as they are suseptable to high heat.

Sometimes after a workout, i'll heat up a banana in the microave until it's soft, then i'll mush it up and mix it together with some cottage cheese. OoOOoO i love it! :proud:
