That's a nice start, Dan. Congrats!! Having a garage gym is so much more convenient.

Re: Started my gagage gym today!!

not a bad start at all, and it sounds like you'll be in really good shape in about 2 months! I'm still piecing mine together with the occassional small purchase. out of curiousity, why are you purchasing both an S-1 and an R-3? be sure to post up some pics!

Good question.. long story short, My original plan was to have my garage gym done in late Sept. But, I wont be able to get to my box for about 10 days at the end of this month. I didnt want to miss that much time, So I improvised with some of my equipment lol Id much rather have the R-3, but the S-1 was in my budget this month. So kind of a quick fix?

That is a good start. BUt yeah, why the S-1 and the R3 ? Built my place up over the last 4 years. Great investment. Have fun with yours.

Re: Started my gagage gym today!!

This sounds just like my garage gym. It is definitely sufficient to make good sweat angels.

Re: Started my gagage gym today!!

I just picked up an air-dyne on craigslist for 150 bucks. Been the best thing I have bought because 900 for a rower wasn't happening right now. It is an evil contraption!
