Tonight:
Grace: Subbed with 115lb clean and jerks
Time - 5:15
I think I can do it as RX'ed next time

Deadlifts:
95x5
225x3
275x1
300x1
350x1 (new PR)
Tried and failed at 360. I think I could have gotten if I jumped right to it and didn't do 350 first. My back wasn't too strong after that.

Knees to elbows 21
65# cleans 21
pull ups 21
push ups 21
65 # thrusters 21
45 push press 21
dips 21

I mile run

only 1 round of each because I am still recovering from an injured right arm!

Jess, glad you had a good workout. You seem to have gotten caught up with any lost time over the weekend. How's your arm doing? It's good you are still working it. Yeah. Active recovery. And...can't stay away.

&
10 minutes of "Cindy"
8 rounds + 4 P/Us

Skill:
Cleans w/ medicine ball and 65# bar

Practice:
Clean and Jerks w/ 65# bar

"Grace"
30 reps for time of Clean and Jerks (75#)
Time = 9:24
