First Crossfit ever:

Back Squat: 225lbs
Deadlift: 325lbs
Shoulder Press: 110lbs

10 pull ups
130ft walking lunges
20 box jumps ~20 inch height

Approx. as I started to put back the weights before stopping the clock.
Smashed the deadlifts at that weight, but the poor presses have left me with a new goal:
-complete 5 HSPU (legs on wall) by Nov 1 with a full ROM

(all pull ups were jumping and on a square bar)

Woah, I got this one all wrong. Instead of this:
95 pound Thruster, 5 reps
95 pound Hang Powercleans, 7 reps
95 pound Sumo Deadlift High-pull, 10 reps

I did this:
55 pound Thruster, 10 reps
55 pound Hang Powercleans, 7 reps
55 pound Sumo Deadlift High-pull, 5 reps

In 20mins I got through 5 rounds with 5 thrusters done on the bell.

Despite the light weights I can barely move my arms. Except for the involuntary shaking.

Helen scaled to 25# db swings, could have done much more but stupidly didn't have any more weights with me.

25 walking lunge steps
20 pull ups
30 kettle bell swings (25#)
20 box jumps
30 sit ups
30 db squat hanging cleans (25#)

Total: 18mins

I didn't have all of the equipment I needed to do the complete WOD. Damn.
