Yeah, yeah, I know, this topic has been brought up a lot lately, so I'm sorry. I've been thinking of doing this template, just to try it on and see how I like it. First I read the CrossFit Journal article and it leaves me with some questions. First, a lot of the benchmark workouts; some of the different girls, TFGB, Filthy Fifty, etc, dont seem to fit the template. How do you know when to use those? Or maybe Im just not use to the workouts yet to figure it out, in which case, can somebody give me a tip on distinguishing between workouts.

I know the brandxmartialarts.com gives scaled WODs, is there any affiliate site that takes the WODs and organizes them into 5/2? That really would make this so much easier.

Also, how important is following a schedule, like that from the article. One thing that I was think about doing was just doing the WODs as Rxed and subbing either a weekend WOD, a swimming workout, or etc on crossfit rest days?

IE Do Monday's WOD, then on Tuesday sub Helen, do the Rxed WODs Wednesday - Friday, and then repeat next week.
