I was reading a bit about IF and thought I give it a try. Ate breakfest, 1 egg, 2 whites and crabmeat, with a little fruit. Had my son with me today during work, so I had to feed him, he is 4. The meatballs smelled so good--ate half of one.
Workout at 2:30, tried Art De Vany's 15-8-3
Incline bench 15@135
power clean 15@135
Did not eat for 1 hour after the workout
2 pieces of Salmon and some Asparagus
Drank allot of water throuhgout the day
IF is not easy.

IF did not agree with me and I think that I paid the price 3-4 days after I stopped. My energy levels were low and my recovery time was slow. I took a few days off to regain some strength. Today was the first time that I performed burpees, very taxing. I completed the WOD in 18:30 Close to seeing pukie!!! The treadmill I was using was covered in sweat.
