I'm new but I think this is where I would put my "journal". I'm fairly new to all these exercises and I've logged two WOD in.
Dead lifts 1-1-1-1-1-1-1
First time doing deadlifts ever.
135/205-failed/155/165/175/185/195/205- got it the second time.
Then I dropped down the weight and practiced my form.
Body weight Bench press to failure- Pull ups to failure- 5 rounds.
I used 180lbs on the bench since I can only do around 2 reps of my body weight. I also did negatives and some kipping on the pullups since I am the weakest in that area.
BP: 10/10/8/6/7 total: 41
PU: 6N/8N/6N/10N/6N total: 36
My chinups are even worse than my pullups, should I just do negative pullups untill I get effecient and then work on my chinups or with they both come around at the same time?

As long as your chin gets over the bar, its a pullup. The grip is just semantics. Do them palms away, palms facing you, parallel/neutral, mixed grip. Just do them.
Do a board search for pullups or GTG(Grease the groove). Lots of info here.
