I remember this one last year when I hasd to cut it down to 25 reps each.
This is the one WOD I'd love to send back in time to myself in battle school in 1993!.
It needs a name! ( Not that it comes up often, but I've done it a couple of extra times myself)

In the comments section for today's WOD a few people have taken to calling it the "Rumsfeld". Ususally thery're named after women though. How about "Vivian"...my girlfriend?

You could use Katherine. Anyone want to field what the signifcance of the name is? It has nothing to do with me and you most likely saw the name in context in high school.
