Workout of the Day Questions & performance regarding CrossFit's WOD

Saturday, July 12th WOD

Complete as many rounds in 30 minutes as you can of:
Walking Lunge, 12 steps
15 Glute-Ham Sit-ups
15 Hip Extensions
5 Muscle-ups

Now for the muscle-ups, the gym I go to doesn't have bars high enough for me to do MUs on my rings. So I plan on doing pull-ups and dips. I know the sub is 4 pull-ups and 4 dips per 1 MU, but if I did a ring dip instead, how many ring dips would equal 1 MU (along with the 4 pull-ups)?
