Power clean

Hey guys just curious after doing the power clean workout from yesterday, what am i training? It seems almost as if im working my calfs and my biceps but even at that it just seems like a very interesting workout. i would really appreciate some more info on the power clean

You're mainly training the power clean itself ...

Besides that, I notice a good soreness in the forearms, biceps, claves and the middle of the back after a good round of power cleans.

Yesterdays power clean WO was more a metabolic stress than anything due to the light weight and high rep count
If you don't stand for something, you will fall for anything...

Hips/posterior chain. Biceps shouldn't be doing anything.

If you are feeling it in the biceps after doing power cleans, be assured that you are doing them with very very bad technique.
