Military people and your families associated with this site, I appreciate your sacrifice and service. I cannot keep from tearing up when I see the heroes WOD pictures. 4th of July symbolizes, our independence and freedom. Thanks for keeping us that way. And first responders like my daughter, thanks for keeping us safe at home.
All thanks for doing Crossfit, taking care of yourself to make you better able to take care of us, should we need you and we do. You rock.
