Cottage cheese snack/ post workout idea
Since Christmas is around the corner thought I'd give a recipe I use and its da bomb diggity.
Its my super easy cheesecake/apple cinnamon recipe. I use it as my post workout. Small apple (skinned and chopped up) Cinnamin (couple shakes) cottage cheese (120 g) sprinkle of sweetener About 13-14 g protein. The great part about it, whether you use 1 or 2 servings (120g or 240g) The last serving can be right in the container. I'll get a pic up the next time I have it. Hopefully. Happy Holidays ! Lennox |

Re: Cottage cheese snack/ post workout idea
Would probably be pretty tasty with Greek yogurt instead of cottage cheese too. I might have to try that.

Re: Cottage cheese snack/ post workout idea
Do you mean "cinnamon," or is Cinnamin a branded product?
