terrible workout, thought I was going to meet pukie. Just got back off of a 4 day break/eating/drinking/lack of sleep binge in Sarasota and could not perform.

Did meet Frank from Crossfit Gulfcoast,he is a cool guy. nice place and I feel welcome there already. I look forward to working out there later.

WOD, 02 08 2008 it was rough! Did it at the House of Fitness or should I say the new Bowling Green Crossfit! 26.45 minutes

021408 valentines day workout
Nate, 2 muscle ups
4 hspu
8 two pood kettlebell swings
rounds in 20 minutes
I did I think 14 or 15.

I had to take breaks at the end in order to get my muscle ups, it kicked my arse. gotta love it.

Start of week 3

WOD
21-15-9 reps with 50 pound bar 3 times; did them all but had to take a couple of breaks.

I can't feel my arms

Pullups? still working on the getting stronger. Feel good making progress. Have to thank my friend Rock for introducing me.

fran, as Rxed 6.06 min 021508 lots of breaks but they are short and my time did improve.
