Men's shorts small waist, big legs?

What brand of shorts have you found that work well for you with a small waist and big legs?

I have a true 35.5" waist and 23" legs at the widest point.

In most brands I ware a size 34 waist but the legs (and seat) have gotten too tight.

I'm an affiliate owner/coach so I would like something I can ware all day but demonstrate exercises in when I need to. I prefer not to ware board shorts all day.

So what do you like?

Fight shorts will work. I have the same issue. I can wear a 32 waist in most jeans but only about 1 in 25 pair will fit my legs without making me look like an 80s rock star.

You need the kind of fight shorts with the stretchy panel. There was a guy selling them on here a while back. Maybe search fight shorts.

I ordered the wrong size; keep in mind that if you order from him you can't do an exchange. I wasted $70; don't be like me.

Agree with the above post abuot the fight shorts, I bought some from that guy but found the actual website he was buying from they can be bought cheaper. They're Wet Effect: WFS

Give them a try, they work well for me. Very good flexibility.

They even have some clearance onces for under $20 if you just want to try them out before buying a $30-$35 pair. (provided the clearance onces come in your size)

Have you tried Jaco clothing? There hybrid shorts are amazing, I train in their fight shorts mostly, but the hybrids have pockets for causal use. Lol. Anyways the waist is drawstring and the seat and legs are pretty roomy to accommodate ease of movement. Good luck in your search.

These are the best activewear shorts I have found for the price:

VC Ultimate "GOAT" Shorts [WFS]

The shorts resemble the stretchy Under Armor shorts. The material isn't as thick and they only have one small pocket. They sometimes go on sale; however, at $22.50 Canadian, they are already pretty cheap. You have the option to get numbers on the side free of charge. Perhaps this could be negotiated to letters instead - like the initials for your box.

Re: Men's shorts small waist, big legs?

I am a 34 or 35 Waist, 24" Thigh. As far as shorts are concerned, I recently discovered the O'Neill "Freak" series. Anything they sell that has the freak 4 way stretch is great, super light, fast dry, and they make some that are much more socially presentable than always wearing fight shorts.

Every once in awhile Prana will have a short that has some stretch to it, but I can't vouch for any brands at the moment.

Anyone here know of pants for the same issue? I also have a big butt from squatting so I always have a loose waist tight thighed fit and more often than not my butt makes the pants quite constrictive in the nethers. If can recommend anything please do.

My fiance swears by the Reebok Sidney Crosby line. They are exactly what you are looking for... designed for small waist and big hockey legs.

I recommend rugby shorts. Legs have wider openings and some have pockets.
