is there any good apps to track your macros thanks.

There are many.

I like I have been using it religiously for 76 days now. Under Armor has bought a group of apps including MyFitnessPal and is doing a lot of development work with them. They just keep getting better.

My one work of caution is if you change a goal then the macros reset to 25%p, 25%f, 50%c. Just have to be careful that the macros stay set where you want them.

The other helpful hint is it is easier to set things up through the website and then use the app for food entry.

Last it is best to weight your food when possible. It turns out I buy really big yams. We were under reporting how much we were eating until I weighted one of my yams and figured out I was eating in the range of 12-14 oz.
