This !
A 2 pounds fluctuation is nothing, every time I eat a big cheat meal my body goes up 4-5 pounds for a couple of days and goes back to normal again without doing anything except eating my usual diet.

Re: full body rehabilitation program?

Thank u guys for your replies. I will continue to do what I am doing now even though I am bord asf and miss training like crazy

I have noticed something new as well ; I get these random twitches In both my legs (not at the same time) is that just stressed out nerves? I used to get a longer twitch in my eye when I wasnt getting alot of sleep and just tired from training(not getting them nw though just in my upper quad)

Re: full body rehabilitation program?

Don't know about the leg twitchiness. Maybe eat a banana for some potassium?

I did experience the eye twitchy thing lately. It's happened a few times this year when I've been really beating the hell out of myself and not sleeping as well as normal. My eyes were really sensitive so I could barely get on the laptop or my smartphone (I did install an app that redshifts the color to make it easier on the eyes).
