Iron Cowboy

Anyone else been following this guy? He is about to complete 50 Ironman Triathalons in 50 consecutive days, in each of the 50 states. Completing one Ironman is insane and I can't imagine the beating it puts on your body, now do that 49 more times without 24 hours rest in between. I would say this has to qualify as one of, if not the most impressive feat of fitness ever.

Re: Iron Cowboy

If he completes even the first week's worth, I'd be very impressed. Not only is the event itself insanely taxing on the body, but the travel to a new state each day adds even more insanity to it all.

I hope he completes his journey!

Re: Iron Cowboy

He came into my work a few weeks ago (I manage a cafe at a gym), and ate something like 3 bacon egg sandwiches with extra egg and 2 protein shakes. This was shortly before he began his swim in Minnesota.
