Maybe this will help back problems...

I was doing a Starting Strength program for about 2 months and started getting some lower back problems. I tried going to crossfit full time to rest my back from the heavy squats etc but it was still aggravated. I started doing glute/ham raises 2-3 times a day and it has really helped my back. Something about hanging in that position and getting some blood flowing there has really helped. Maybe some of you can try it. Hope it helps.

P.S. Kelly was brutal after all those presses the day before. That ball was killing my triceps!!!

Oh man, that was a good one. After the third round my run was pretty silly, not to even mention the fifth. Time = 26:50

I do three sets of GHD extension during my warm up. I think it helps. I did the crossfit801 version of 10 sets of 15 135#dl, and 15 pushups(we did 10s instead of 15s) and I did not notice anything in my back. Well except for fatigue. I think when kelly comes up again I will be more prepared and have practiced wall balls a little bit more.

Jeremy nice time. I was shoot for around that time if I would have completed it.

2 and 3 days after "Kelly", my upper back is TIGHT! While doing wall ball, I really thought that movement was a breeze, but now the muscles between my shoulders completely disagree.
