barry,

interesting article. i have been using lemons and limes for a while now, but only the juice. instead of using salad dressing i'll usually squeeze half a lemon over my salad with some olive oil or balsamic. i'll also add fresh sqeezed lemon or lime juice to my tuna (tuna, sweet potato, black pepper, green tabasco, olive oil, and lemon or lime juice).

For what it's worth, I've been using paprika on my tuna for a couple of months, along with some salt, and I've grown really fond of it. I eat a lot of salmon, lemon juice, and dill too.

Completely off topic, I make this coffee drink on Sundays that I put black pepper and paprika in too. Sort of a Chai. I must say it's good.

Barry-

I tried the lemon ice thing. 1-lemon 2 cups of ice and a dash of stevia. Chico, Ca was 104* yesterday (anyone up for a visit?) and it was DAMN good.

I do a similar trick with my stove top espresso maker by adding a bit of cinamon. More insulin control and increased "yum".
