Diet Review

Hi guys, I am looking to plan my diet for the next five months as I attend a career course in the military. I am looking to lose about 10lbs. I am 6 4 and 240lbs.

First thing
protein shake, green tea, fish oils and vits

breakfast chow hall
oatmeal, 1/2 honey, ground flaxseed
2 eggs scrambled

lunch
chicken
one piece of fruit
nuts

dinner
meat and what ever veg


after workout
protein shake
Peanut butter and oat cakes

I will be trying to use Zone diet type as the guidelines.

Looks ok except seems light on the veggies..... I would maybe make the eggs 3-4 but depends what your goals are. What are they?
