someone showed me in bjj class I just wanted to share. this will make you cry. basically, you sit down on the floor with your legs eleveted off the mat, so you're balancing on your butt. the goal is propel yourself forward one cheek at a time by swinging your legs and arms in opposite directions, until you abs cramp up and you can't move. try's agreat warm up too.
