So my wife got Almonds..

only thing is that she got the Blue Diamond Brown super and Cinn. and Dark Chocolate coverd ones. Now I'm not a big Almond eater but i'm trying to incorporate into my meal plans as a snack. Plain almonds are very hard for me to eat, I Will, But i'm using not enjoying it. I tried what she bought and they are actually good but i'm wondering how bad they would be in moderation and good portion sizes?

I eat dark chocolate almonds every morning, love em! As long as you can fit them into your calories your good to go. Probably wouldn't got with the brown sugar ones but you can't go wrong with the dark chocolate, it has many health benefits.

Have you tried macadamia nuts? They are like the holy grail to me....if you hate almonds, no need to gag 'em down! Try macadamis nuts.....hazelnuts are good too!

Roast your plain almonds at 325 degrees for about 20-25 minutes. Makes the crunchier and more flavorful. Stir them halfway through and don't let them burn.
