Just got this month's issue of CrossFit Journal. One year old and still going strong. I devour these things the minute I get the email from Lauren.

Give these benchmark workouts female names is appropriate, as you say coach, "...anything that leaves you flat on your back, and incapacitated, only to lure you back for more." HA!

I like how the workouts give no favorites to either small, medium, or large athletes.

??QUESTION?? - With Chelsea, as the workout progresses, what if I don't get all the reps before 1 minute is up? Is the workout over once this happens??

Coach and Lauren,

Another outstanding issue! Like Jon, I can't wait to read the next Crossfit Journal. Definitely a great buy.

Having fixed weight workouts repeat throughout the year is a great motivational tool. Look out Elizabeth and Fran...I'll be working on posting with the required weights.

Coach and Lauren,

I can't agree more!

For those who don't yet subscribe - what are you waiting for? For a small price, the CFJ consistantly contains some wonderful "pearls" and challenges.

I "fourth" everyone's comments. Had some trouble downloading the CFJ and got immediate responses from coach and Lauren until it was straightened out. Great CFJ, great service, could you ask for more? Spend the $25, you will be happy.

Just a question:

Only 3 workouts appear (Barbara, Diane, Fran) in the chart in the journal PDF that I downloaded. Is this by design? Or do I have a software problem?

Thanks,

Scott

Scott, you've got a problem!!! I don't have the CFJ at work with me but I think there are at least six workouts. Try downloading again.
