Just wondered today why Crossfit never included upright rows or any weighted rows of any description in the workout, every routine I have used before has included them as one of the core exercises.

Just curious

cheers

Nick- That plane is hit pretty hard both in muscle-ups and in L-pull ups. Deadlifts and cleans hit the spinal erectors and traps pretty effectively. If you really miss the movement substituting rows occasionally would not be a bad thing.

Cheers Robert, never really missed them, but I did wonder though.

Thanks
