"Bumper" Kettlebells?

Forgive me if this subject has been broached before (I used the search feature and found nothing on it) but I am really curious about the kettlebells that were used in last year's Crossfit Games. They appeared to have a bumper style rubberized coating all over them allowing them to be dropped. I have done quite a bit of looking the last few months and have seen some with vinyl coating that I'm not at all impressed with but nothing about the bumper style kettlebells. Does anyone else know who makes these or if they're available to buy?

Also, I've seen lots of KB threads and I'd just like to say that my favorite KB manufacturer is Agatsu, they make a great smooth KB that is rock solid with good ergonomics. They don't currently have a U.S. distributor but their product is great so if any of you retail types want another good product, check them out.

I believe it was torque athletics that supplied those.
