Wondering what everyones favorite Core/Ab exercises are. What you feel the best/most etc. .

Some of my favorites are...

Leg Raises - With DB between feet
Swiss Ball Roll outs
Decline Sit Ups
Planks

Some different opinions????

Re: Core / Abs

You need low reps to properly train the RA........

Do swiss ball situps with a big dumbbell, like 150lb, just make sure to brace your feet

that is one workout?
Are you serious?

hhhmmm Honestly, i am blatantly too lazy to do all that, and dont have the time HA HA HA
I will incorporate some of the exercises, but i dont like to spend much time on abs etc. I do Olifts 3x per week, and really strengthen my core that route. I just like to do some on other days for 5x10 minutes. Will prob stick to ab wheel, and ring L-Sits for a while. . . Some Russian Twists mixed in etc. .

thank you for the info.

I do agree with weighted, and lower reps...but cant say i agree with using a 150lb DB...considering i weigh 155lb... That seems crazy for anyone to use a DB of 150lb for swiss ball situps. Hell, better be a strong a$$ swiss ball

i like High decline situps with DB as well.

I weigh 165, and use a 160 lb.........And a ball that's burst resistant to 2000lbs.
