Re: Most Enjoyable Movie Ever...?

I don't understand the appeal of Fight Club. I think most guys are drawn to the idea of finding a way to be manly in the neutered society we live in, but if that's what you want then watch Braveheart or 300. At least those were good guys.

Kevin,
Technically Brad Pitt/Ed Norton's character was suppose to be the good guy, fighting the society that neutered him/them.

Re: Most Enjoyable Movie Ever...?

For better or for worse, movies I can watch repeatedly:

The Princess Bride (don't judge me)
28 Days Later
Shaun of the Dead
Hot Fuzz
Step Brothers

This scene from Step Brothers makes me laugh every time I see it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7l7F8C1b4po (probably not WFS)

If you didnt get that, dont read chuck pailuhiuk. My opinion prob the best author of this current time. But man his books go OFF the deep end, and fight club was one of his least wierd ones.

Re: Most Enjoyable Movie Ever...?

Just watched it again yesterday: Ace Ventura.

Why such an odd choice?

Cannibal Corpse is in it.

Re: Most Enjoyable Movie Ever...?

Comedy: "Young Frankenstein"
"Did you bring me the brain of Hans Delbruk?"
"Er... no."
"I see. Do you mind telling me whose brain I did put in?"
"Er... Abbey-someone."
"Abbey-someone. Abbey who?"
"Abbey Normal."

Action: "Banlieue 13" (Titled in the US as "District B13")
Who knew the French could make such bad-*** action flicks? And there's a sequel coming...

Horror: "Alien"
"I can't lie to you about your chances, but... you have my sympathies."

Sci-Fi: "The Empire Strikes Back"
"Size matters not. Judge me by my size, do you?"

That has just made me very excited.

I would like to add A Bittersweet Life to the list. Violent, poignant, stylish.
