Glad to hear it worked out Carline, i know the paranoia of a re-tear all too well, i still worry about mine from time to time.

Another thing to remember about pain is that sometimes the actually process of internal healing can in itself cause pain... so pain isnt necessarily always a bad thing.

My doc said the same thing. Also, when being stretched in PT cause tearing of scar tissue.
