Update on "The Myth of Senior Fitness"

Thank you to all who responded to my first post on this.
I have sent out PMs to each of you with some info. for the upcoming online presentation.
Other CFers who are training people who some call "Senior Citizens" who would like to contribute info., bios.,before & after photos, or other success stories please contact me at this e-mail
I will referencing all the info. I receive back to the contributors during my presentation, and hopefully, can send more clients to you.
Anyone 50 or older who wan ts to tell their own story, please do so.
