In 30 minutes, climb to highest rung of a 1 : 2 : 3 Ladder, where the exercises are:
1: Deadlift (135lbs)
2: Push up
3: Leg lever

Workout Description:
The first rung is 1 deadlift, 2 push ups, 3 leg levers. The second rung is 2 deadlifts, 4 push ups, 6 leg levers. The third rung is 3 deadlift, 6 push ups, 9 leg levers, and so on. You will have exactly 30 minutes to go up as high as you can. You can break sets up when they start getting longer, but you must finish all of one exercise before moving on to the next.

Leg levers are performed on your back with your arms positioned under your back and butt. Starting position is with head elevated slightly and feet off the deck about 6″. Raise your legs to about 24″ and return to starting position for one rep.

15 rungs+16 dl +15 pushups. Total of 136 dl's, 255 pushups and 360 leg levers.

Re: What Would Greg Do?

Strong deadlift Nick! You got me by 30+ lbs on it now!

Going to start weightlifting with a coach on saturdays and workout plan is constantly going to be blended with O-lifting.

Re: What Would Greg Do?

Workout: “Regurgitator”
1) Max Pull-ups (record number, not for time)
2) Row 500m + 30x Bar Dips + 30x Knees-to-Elbows + 30x DB Thrusters @ two 30# DBs + 30x Push-up + 30x Box Jump @ 24″ box + 30x Get-up @ 25#

Scoring and Rules
Multiply Max Pull-up number by 2, subtract this (in seconds) from total time.
500 meters must be faster than 1:50, if not a 500m penalty is rowed immediately
Faster rowing times are rewarded. For every second faster than 1:40, 30 seconds will be subtracted from total time — if you row a 1:30 you begin the “Dirty Thirty” with five minutes of credit …

15:53 as Rx'ed (after bonuses). Last time around it was around 22 mins.
25 pullups and 1:29.9 row.
