Re: What Would Greg Do?

How do you guys want to do Lynne?

1. Rest as needed between all sets.
2. No rest between bench and pull ups, then rest as needed or set time
3. No rest after any exercise (turns it into a met-con, and I don't believe this is the intent of Linda).
3. Rest for a set time between all sets (:30, :45, 60, 90, or 120 seconds)

That's as prescribed. Seems most people are taking 3-5 minutes of rest between each. Take your pick.

Re: What Would Greg Do?

got 32 reps for bench press and 35 for dead hang pull ups (6 rep improvement in the bench press. pull ups are the same as last time but I had minimal rest this time as I was alternating with another club member so I was forced to go like every 30 seconds).I think you rest as much as you need during this WOD as its about getting more reps not finishing in a quicker time.

Re: What Would Greg Do?

My understanding is that you do the bench presses and after you finish you run to the pull-up bar and begin them asap. Then you rest up say 3-5 minutes and repeat 5 times. Also, I am sick so I won't be posting times for a few days.
