I do the WOD and the rest of the day i'm preaty much not that active (office job and some walking to and from work, I live in the City NYC ). So should my protein intake be .7 of protein per pound of lean body mass ? When I start playing hockey in a month after work, including the WOD in the morning I figure then the 1.0 grams of protein per pound of lean body mass would be more appropriate.

That is likely a good plan, perhaps even high at the higher activity end.
