Recent PRs of Calculated 1RMs (according to Wendler's weight in lbs x reps x .0333 + weight), with dates in parentheses.
Squat: 180x5...=210 (4/9)
Bench: 155x9...=208 (5/1)
Deadlift: 220x10...=293 (5/5)
Press: 105x5...=122 (4/20)
I'm doing the Boring But Big template, and I'll post the assistance work here too in case anyone's curious. Really I'm just looking for a place to brag about PRs
And yes, I know, my squat is remarkably weak.
I hit the DL PR today, probably gonna do some swimming tomorrow, then Press on Wednesday.
