Paleo Breakfast

Ok, I dont always have time to get up and make eggs and meat. So I was wondering what is a good alternative for breakfast? Lately I have been eating a hard boiled egg and half a grapefruit. Is this ok? Thanks for the help.

Re: Paleo Breakfast

Throw some bacon on a pan and it should be done in no more than 10 minutes.

Add some nuts if you honestly have no time. Nothing more than 2-3 teaspoons.

Try to make time for breakfast since it is the most important meal of the day

Re: Paleo Breakfast

Mate I've got a microwave egg poacher, can do four eggs in 90 seconds. Google the shoite out of it.
If you don't have time, then make time. Getting up ten minutes earlier is very easily done

Re: Paleo Breakfast

So are you telling me that a hard boiled egg and half a grapefruit is bad paleo?

Re: Paleo Breakfast

why not make your meals ahead of time? I spend 2 hours on Sundays preparing my food for the entire week. I wake up at 4:45am and throw my breakfast and lunch into a few dishes and toss that into my cooler bag and I'm off. less than 5 minutes spent on that every A.M.

people will usually still find issue with this method as well, but it's just a thought.

Not bad paleo, but I doubt that's enough food for anyone

I don't think I would label that "bad" paleo, however, unless you're a 4 year old girl already concerned with her figure, you might want to considering ramping up your meal there.

Re: Paleo Breakfast

I just eat leftovers or whatever is in the fridge. There is no rule about what food must be eaten at what meal. The paleo police will not kick down your door if you have something other than eggs and bacon before 11 am.
Tomorrow morning I am having pork roast and sliced tomato for breakfast.
