I am no stranger to exercise, as a martial artist, competitive gymnast and body-builder, I've train in many different ways. However, ever since I discovered CrossFit I strayed away from my typical 5 X a week weight training routines and work solely on the WODs! Am I the only one that currently does no other form of continuous exercise (apart from your recreational activities) than the WODs?

Frank:

I am a former football player, martial artist, lacrosse player, squash player, low-grade body-builder, etc . Other than sports just for fun the only thing I do now is WOD for fitness. In fact, I'm so into the WOD that I am embarking on a course of PT and MAT so that I don't have to stop some of the exercises that are aggravating some old injuries. The Kool-Aid appears to be addicting...

Frank,

I was very much used to the "standard" fullbody 3x per week WO with cardio on the off days. I have also recently switched to CF (about a month now). I enjoy the WODs, and think they are challenging as well as balanced. However, I also add some additional lifts on the "light" WODs. I may even start a routine mixing things up a bit. For ex;
WOD
Sprints
FullBody
Sprints
WOD
Rest
etc...

Not sure as of yet.

Nope.

I don't usually do the WOD posted, but I do a WOD 5-6 days a week and nothing else. Also after years of MA and sport.
