Just want to say hi to CF community.

Hi there

New to the CF community, but definitely not to working out or forums.
I must say out of all the forums I am on (which is more than I actually can remember) this has to be one of the most well kept, organized, mature, and helpful forums I have ever seen. Using real names for usernames is a neat idea I have never seen implemented.

I have been training for nearly 8 years. I get bored and switch goals between strength, hypertrophy, explosiveness, etc. I originally got into fitness because of being obese since I was about 8 years old and I was sick of it. While losing the weight I fell in love with the lifestyle of health.

I had my first taste of CF about a year ago from some friends. I have done a couple WODs or designed workouts similar to WODs for fun. I joined because I wanted to learn more. I am constantly seeking for improvement and this seems like a great place to be.

Thanks for the space. Will go back to searching/reading lots about this community, just wanted to introduce myself since my account got approved.

Hi. I posted for the 1st time yesterday to. Hope you get out of crossfit what you need brother.

The sport of fitness has arrived.

I'm new to crossfit (see my post) I've found a good podcast on I tunes "wod talk" its s still in its infancy but there are 3 EPS, I found it by accident but its a gem.
