Quad Strain
I played soccer today and I pulled my right quad. It is very high near my hip. It hurts to run, kick, jump, walk......I cannot stay out of the gym, it will kill me.
How long does this take to heal? I have been on 400mg Ibprofen and ice....what else. Thanks for the help. |

Re: Quad Strain
Depending on the severity in can be anywhere from 2-6 weeks depending on the severity, and longer if it is not rested properly. So you can stay out of the gym for a little bit and get better or you can fight it for a couple years.
